What exactly does this mean and how do we achieve it? This workshop will explore both the positive and negative qualities, emotions and issues that we can hold in our Heart chakra. These can cause us great joy, the ability to feel love and express our truth. They may also cause discomfort and hinder us in moving forwards in our lives. Once we comprehend and heal the Heart chakra it is much easier to centre ourselves and live and work from here. This workshop will include visualisations, exercises and discussion which facilitate our understanding of who we are, where we have come from and where we are going.
Cord Cutting, Grounding & Protection – 2 Day Workshop, 16-17 October 2010– Porto, Portugal – 10am-6pm on Saturday and 10am-5.30pm on Sunday. €150.
Cords are energetic attachments to other people. We go through life cording to others and being corded in return. Some of these cords are positive such as those between loving partners or between parents and their children. Other cords can drain our energy and cause pain and ill health. Often these cords are unintentional, but sometimes they are formed consciously for a particular reason. This can occur in everyday relationships and also between client and therapist, student and teacher. During this workshop we will use different methods to locate cords in ourselves and others, learn why each cord exists and how to work with that energy before cutting it and ensuring that it does not reform.
During this workshop we will cover the important aspects of psychic protection and grounding. Using practical exercises, visualisation and meditation you will learn the six safety rules, and will also learn how to clear and protect the chakras and your aura. This is essential work for all those beginning their psychic and healing journey and also for those who need to expand their techniques.

In your work as a healer, psychic or sensitive would you like to develop the ability to see or sense what is happening inside the physical body? This practical and very popular workshop will explore ways of assessing what is happening within the body and the energy field. The day will include discussion of medical intuitive work with case examples. We will explore different techniques, using the psychic senses, to work with the physical and subtle energies of the body. This will include the chakras and the aura as well as the organs of the body such as the liver, the pituitary gland and other parts of the endocrine system. We will learn how we can communicate with the organs of the body to discover the causes of dis-ease and what help is needed.

Dowsing With A Pendulum (Mini Workshop) – Thursday 2nd December 2010 – Cape Town, S. Africa – 7-9.30pm. Cost R185.
The pendulum is a very useful tool especially if you have difficulty seeing or sensing. Learn how to dowse the chakras and the aura and assess what the body needs. Use a pendulum to balance, ground and clear energy blocks. This workshop will include learning how to dowse effectively including asking the right questions. Bring a pendulum; a weight on a piece of cotton is sufficient.

Spirit Attachment (Talk & Discussion) – Monday 6th December 2010 – Cape Town, S. Africa – 7-9.30pm. Cost R100.
This evening we will explore the reasons and ways that spirits become earthbound after the death of the physical body. There are clear differences between earthbound and other discarnate spirits as well as between the nature of possession and attachment. We will look at why and how the earthbound entities attach to people and places. We will also explore how to recognise if someone has an attachment and the symptoms it may cause.
